Reclaim 13 is a national prevention program for schools to let vulnerable children know they are not alone.  It is also a recovery effort, once these children are taken out of exploitation.

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, there are estimated to be 100,000 children being exploited.  Many were runaways from bad situations and are now in worse.

Once these children are recovered from trafficking, they need therapeutic homes in which to recover.  There are only about 400 national, and Illinois is in terrible shape as there are less than 15.
